I accidentally deleted a video from my favorites album on my iPhone and I was wondering if I could get it back or if I had to find it in my regular photos album manually and favorite it again

If you delete a video from your favourites, it should be in the 'Recently Deleted' folder. Just restore it from there to have it back.
To just remove it from the Favorites album, you can simply unfavorite it.
