How do you start up a MacBook Pro that’s been returned to factory settings? I went to great effort to return my old MB Pro to factory settings so I could give it to friends in Ukraine. Before I sent it, I started it, so I know it will start and it looks just like a new Mac startup process. They say it wants a password.
