I cannot get my Apple watch to light when raising my wrist. The solution is said to be to go to General and tap on "Watch lights up when wrist is raised"--or something like that. But I get no such command under General on my watch or phone ap. Solution?

On my Watch 7, anything activated in Control Center is deactivated when the watch is hard reset. Something that he said he has already done.
