Why can’t I add apply pay from Iraq?

Why can’t I add my credit card to my apple wallet or Apple Pay? I am living in Iraq and my credit card is from Iraq as well. Please solve this issue, people from Iraq aren’t supposed to be neglected. Thanks

Apple Pay is not supported in Iraq so you cannot add cards to your Wallet app. Contact your bank and let them know you want Apple Pay.
