"Remove Data Plan" option missing on 12 Pro Max

Please help to solve this issue. I'm trying to remove an existing ESIM profile. But "Remove Data Plan" option is missing for the ESIM profile which I need to remove. For other ESIM profiles, remove option is there and working. Please assist.


There are two ESIM profiles.


This profile has the remove option and working without any issue

  1. Turn ON that Data Plan (Business) and see whether that brings up the option to Remove Data Plan. If this does not work, then:
  2. Check whether you have an actual SIM card installed for the Business line. Check the SIM card tray and remove SIM card if one exists.
