IPhone SE 1st gen. Notifications and automation scenarios issue

Hello, there are some bugs with IPhone 1st gen and shortcuts automations scenarios. First occurs when i get a notification when i arrive to a certain point and want my phone to send a text message automatically. I cannot run it from the lock screen area. It simply doesn’t show me execute bar. However, on iPhone 6 and  higher it works just fine. I can only run it when it pops up for the first time on a working screen for a few seconds. I hope it can be easily fixed in upcoming ios versions.

Second thing. I also use apple watch gen 7 and normally it helps me out. But when i listen to the music or have some audio playing and expect to receive  a duplicate notice from the IPhone to run an automation scenario it actually doesn’t send it to the apple watch. I might assume that this is not a bug but normal situation so far. 

But i think apple watch hardware is capable enough to run such process simultaneously and will not force me to choose whether i’am able to receive notifications or playing audio files.
