unknown purchase

amount of 29,99 USD tryied to be off my cart since 20.08.22; on the apple support in the subscriptions and purchase history there is no transaction like i have in my bank account from apple; in the support site i can’t find a solution, according can’t find a way how to write a letter to support.

If the invoice is NOT from Apple, contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Also report to the police.
