Solution for Bent iPad Frame?

Does anyone know of a solution for a bent iPad frame? The screen on my iPad Air 3 cracked near the home button and when they replaced it I was told the frame was slightly bent. Now the touch screen is becoming unusable and I'm told it's because of the bent frame. This is clearly a product defect and I know Apple has acknowledge in the past that some iPad frames shipped bent. Does anyone know if they're offering solutions? Has anyone had success getting this fixed?

Thank you.

There is nothing in Apple's Extended Service Programs for any iPad bends. Apple Service Programs - Apple Support

The bends were in some of the first iPads, and the case designs were changed and reinforced. It now takes a great deal of direct force to bend an iPad's frame. And now that a 3rd party has worked on the device, you have voided the warranty on the device.

As described, it would appear unlikely that your iPad screen was replaced by Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - as the bent chassis would either (a) have been resolved at the time of the repair, or (b) repair would have been declined due to other irreparable damage.

If the repair was performed by Apple, the repair itself will have received a warranty. If not repaired by Apple or an AASP, Apple will decline further service.

Thanks. I don't think the service provider was "Apple Authorized." But all they did was replace the screen. The bend seems to be a manufacturing defect. The unit was not "damaged" or mishandled. I know Apple acknowledge some 2019 iPads had bent frames. This one's mid-2020, so perhaps has the same issue.

I'm wondering if anyone has had experience dealing with Apple on this issue?

Thanks again.
