Today I tried to install win10 in my 2019 imac (27), it failed and re-start, and cant log in macOS system either. I tried to re-install MacOS, didnt work, error code is 69716. I checked its hard disk, seems the space assigned to win10 cant be formnow. How to install Mac OS now? Thx a lot!

You can't make a partition- you'll just have to reformat the entire disk. Click 'Erase' in recoveryOS's Disk Utility, then reformat it as APFS, GUID Partition Map (if prompted).

Try repairing the disk with the 'First Aid' button circled below-
yes, I did erase Macintosh HD, but still can’t do partition, error code is same: 69716. Don’t know how to fix it and re install MacOS.
