Iphone 15.6.0 issue SSID

Has anyone come across an issue where the SSID is deleted from the Network Profile. It needs to be added again to gain access to the network. The Iphone IOS is 15.6.0 & the models are 12 & 13.

The SSID we use in office is 802.1X & the SSID is hidden. Other phones with Android devices are working fine but IOS phone has this issues.

iOS 16.4.1 is disconnecting from wifi and not saving the SSID password running iOS 16.4.1(a) on my iphone 12mini. I believe since 16.4.1 I have been experiencing my iphone losing connectivity to my primary Wifi Network at home. When I notice that I have no wifi connection and attempt to reconnect to my network, the SSID password needs to be re-entered. I have two other wifi networks and iphone have their passwords. I've tried a couple of remedies (forget the network and redo it - no help, power cycle the iphone no help. Reset Network settings - no help). The situation occurs randomly, possibly 2-3 times per day now. Now I am noticing that when I check Settings > Wifi > select this network, select the INFO (Circle i), under the Auto-JOIN switch, where the password (hidden) is supposed to be - there is NOTHING! So it's not saving the password I assume someplace in the Keychain. Even when I enter the password, the network connects, but if I try to show that Info page - the password item is missing (immediately after I entered it and Joined the network). see attached screenshots.

iOS 16.0.2 - Hidden Wifi SSIDs ain't being connected when avaliable. Since i have update my iPhone 12pro to iOS 16.0.2, i am unable to connect to my office's wifi. It is pertinent to mention that SSID is hidden and every time i need to connect to this SSID, i just simply need to put the SSID and password by usiung the "other" option, though these credentials have already been saved and can be viewed in Settings-->Wi-Fi-->Edit.

Maybe the router has its SSID hidden. Please contact the agency that installed the router.
