CNBC app on Apple TV

CNBC app won’t load on Apple TV. All apps are up to date. I've deleted the app and reinstalled CNBC several times. App works fine on iPad and iPhone. I’ve restarted Apple TV several times. All other apps and subscriptions are working fine and dandy.

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

What is its version system software? The app should work with tvOS 13 or later.
