I have repeatedly tried to load the new Monterey Update. I continue to get the msg--Internet connection required EVEN THOUGH I am connected to the Internet. How do I proceed?

Got anything else to suggest?
Do you have an Internet connection...(?) If not get on a different Network if this is what it is asking
Are you signed into your Admin account
If you're asked for an administrator name and password on Mac
Are you signed in to your AppleID/iCloud

Do you have adequate free storage to allow for the install...SSD like to have 15-20 % free storage at all times
See used and available storage space on your Mac - Apple Support
Have you tried launching the Install macOS Monterey.app while booted into SafeBoot mode

Try a direct download from Apple CDN Servers using your browser—
Full macOS 12.5.1 download ~12.1 GB. Installing this package will add the full “Install macOS Monterey.app” to your applications folder. You can launch it from there like any other application .
Still not able to download the Monterey update. I added the CDN Server download, but the Monterey update continues to give me the msg of Internet connection needed with about 14 minutes to finish.
Got anything else to suggest?
Tried all of those (that apply). I
still cannot download. I made an appointment with an Apple Genius Bar to try to see if someone there can get it to download. Thx
