If you have a computer, you can try calling on that - Make and receive calls on your Mac, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you still can't call them, you may have to pay them an in-person visit (depending on the problem) - Find Locations - Apple
Otherwise, perhaps you could tell us what your problem is?

I see. I'm afraid I've got nothing for you, then- this is the only thread I could find on it, and it's not very helpful - apple support call ask me to press 1, i d… - Apple Community
Perhaps you could try force restarting your iPhone - Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Sorry I couldn't help more.
Well, the problem for me is that I usually start out with reading the articles, then if that doesn't work, I move to a chat, and if I need still more help, then I ask for a call. But now the call option is totally out. I have told the chat people about this problem at least two times and asked them to contact the live-call people. So far it has not been fixed. There is no email to send this problem to, only "the community." So the option to contact them directly or call them is useless because they always want to call me back and that is the point of this post. When they call back, they have a robot ask me to hit #1 when I am ready and the robot does not recognize it when I hit iPhone 10's #1.
Well, the problems I encounter are varied. It is not just one problem. The first thing I do is get on apple support to find the answer. Sometimes I don't need to call but sometimes I really would like a live person, and so far, that is not a possibility for me.
