iPad Air 3rd gen screen freezes

I have reported this issue twice now, my iPad is going into local apple shop after being told it’s possible hardware problem, if so as it’s no longer covered by apple warranty, who pays

Frozen screen iPad Pro 24 I have just upgraded from a 1st Generation IPad Pro to the 2024 latest generation (13 inches) and I wish I hadn’t! The screen regularly freezes on multiple Apps with some being worse than others. It can sometimes be cleared by changing from landscape to portrait and back again. But mostly I have to do a reset as advised by Apple Support. This resolves the issue for a period of time, it then reoccurs. The IOS is up to date and so are all of the Apps I have the official Apple case for the iPad Is this a common issue and are we waiting for a iOS patch? Anyone have any idea how to resolve?

IPAD 8th Generation Screen Frozen. Device could not be turned off. My IPAD 8th Generation screen froze. I could not enter anything, or stop any apps from running. I looked the problem online and was told to turn the device off. I tried every sequence of buttons it said and the device would not shut off. I had to leave it on until the battery died to restart it. I would like a way to fix this so I do not have to do that again. My device was not available for a long time!!!!!!

iPad is frozen on app and will not restart. While watching a series on Hulu, my iPad froze on an ad and will not log down or restart. I’ve tried holding the power and volume button with no luck. :( Due to the iPad being frozen, I am unable to access the serial number to enter for apple support. :(
