Apple Mail - can send, can't receive

This looks like it has been happening for a couple days (last email received on the 21st).

Using my iPhone or https://www.icloud.com/mail/ I can send emails out to anyone (tested gmail.com and work domains)

All emails are received by the recipient, but nobody can email to or respond to my emails.

They don't get a bounce message and I don't get their emails.... nothing happens.

This applies to both my <username>@me.com and <username>@icloud.com accounts.

Any ideas for how to debug or fix this?

Thanks!

Looks like email forwarding is broken - I was suggested the below and it solved the issue:

Try this:

- Go to https://beta.icloud.com/mail/

- Click on the small gear icon on the top left

- Choose Preferences, and see if there is anything entered under Forwarding.

If there is, remove the email there and click on done.

If there isn't, try adding an email there, click on done, and then remove it once again.
