Phone keeps activating SOS emergency on its own. I have not made any emergency calls, but it keeps sending my location to my emergency contacts. It happens every half hour or so. I have checked my phones buttons, and changed my settings and it’s still happening.
You are either deliberately or inadvertently holding down the power button and one of the volume buttons. I used to get this a lot when I'd set my iPhone in my truck's cup holder. It would bounce around and eventually put pressure on both buttons.
Go to Settings -> Emergency SOS and turn off Call with Hold to disable it.

go to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings.
