How to check the hidden files on an iPhone.

I think I have received a phishing email. I checked the sender, it looked legit to me.(noreply@moviepass.com) I went ahead and clicked on "Join waitlist" but, turned out that it is not legit.

When I clicked on the "Join Waitlist", it just blipped a second, still on emails app. So, I long pressed the link, I found a path file:///var/tmp/com.apple.mailId/EMContentRepresentation/…. I could only see this much.

any idea on what this could be?

a) I checked "Files" --> Recents and downloads, sorted by todays date, could not find any recent downloads. I checked storage, by each app did not find anything out of normal.

b) Reached out to Apple support, they Checked I am on latest SW version, calendars to confirm I am not subscribed to any calendars, and they also checked VPN Settings and said they do not see anything downloaded, my phone is safe..

I am still suspicious, wanted to know if there are any hidden files or anything that is running on my phone, wanted to know if there is way to check hidden files (which we can see only with ls -lat command on linux machine).

Please find the attached screenshot of the path that I see in my email.
