This is the second time that I got this message.

It comes from nowhere. No application.

I'm not sure if it is safe to press restart.

What should I do?

Is this spam or a hack or from Apple?

I'm in Toronto. my GMT is -4, and my time zone and the clock of all of the devices I have are correct and work well.

I'm worried if my computer is getting hacked.

I want to know if this message from Apple and everything is OK.

Also, I did not press the Solved button. 😳🤯Why is it showing me that my problem was solved?👎🏼 It doesn't make sense!

Thanks for your help, Ewarrior999

I have set my iMac for many years on auto. And, I haven't get that message on my other devices.

If Apple wants to update something, it always does it via the Software Update. like this:

I've worked with Apple products for more than 13 years. and I haven't got any messages like that. To me, it is like some hacking apps that try to force you to install a fake Adobe Acrobat, Flash Player, and antivirus... on a web browser.
