I forgot my password and recovery key

Good day all I have a problem of getting into my macbook pro? I went to YouTube and followed the steps those guys say what I must do but I'm not being successful because it because it keeps on asking me for a recovery key I have used my macbook pros such a long time ago that I don't remember That stuff can someone help me Please
