Right ear discomfort and bleeding

I have rather small ears and just bought the Air Pod Pros and I noticed recently that their was discomfort in my ears. Keep in mind that I am using the smallest ear adaptors possible and I found that my ears are bleeding from the AirPods. Anyone else experiencing this? The standard ear buds seems to fit much better into the shape of my ear. You would think the Apple design engineers would have shaped it similar to the AirPods Pros. Please share you experience.
