Regarding AMPDeviceDiscoveryAgent filling up system log

in the meantime I just stop it with the pkill command so it doesn't unnecessarily fill the system log.

On my MacMini (intel) 12.5.0 it works as one would expect.. The process launches when the phone is connected and stops when the phone is disconnected

Why the concern over system logs...(?) is there an associated issue

AMPDevicesAgent is the device manager. It is used for backing up, restoring and updating your devices.

This may appear: When you sync your devices over Wi-Fi.
