Problem whit appstore

I have problem from today.

when i try to download something that happen.

my phone want to turn on assistive touch.

i dont want to turn on ?!

i have another iphone and when i download app i double click and use face id . Pls help me what shoud i do ?

i dont want this assistive touch .

i tryed to upload picture but give me error . This problem start today.
