Sign in to McDonald app

I can no longer sign in using my Apple ID.. I get a message saying I signed up with my Email account. It takes to long to sign in for me to use the app that way. How can I go back to signing in with apple?

App Store asks me to sign in with Apple ID every time to download any app Whenever I go into the App Store to download any app, no matter if free or paid, I am asked to put in my Apple ID password. The problem started recently after I changed my Apple ID password (for a Keychain one, don't know if relevant) and the problem is true for my other devices too (Mac and iPad). I've tried everything that the forums suggested like signing out of my Apple ID and then logging back again, setting the Media & Purchases password settings to "not require password for free downloads" and "require after 15 minutes", confirming that there are no security issues or verifications pending on my Apple ID account, restarting my iPhone, signing out and in of the App Store and putting in the Apple ID password multiple times when downloading apps. This problem is very frustrating and I have no clue what the solution may be, I hope someone can help me with this issue.

How do I deactivate Sign in with Apple? I used Sign in with Apple to sign up for a third party app. I have since selected the option to Stop using Sign in with Apple for the third party app, however weeks later I am still receiving emails from the third party app via the @privaterelay.appleid.com email address that was assigned to the account. Why do I continue to receive emails from the third party app?
