App Store asks me to sign in with Apple ID every time to download any app

Whenever I go into the App Store to download any app, no matter if free or paid, I am asked to put in my Apple ID password.

The problem started recently after I changed my Apple ID password (for a Keychain one, don't know if relevant) and the problem is true for my other devices too (Mac and iPad). I've tried everything that the forums suggested like signing out of my Apple ID and then logging back again, setting the Media & Purchases password settings to "not require password for free downloads" and "require after 15 minutes", confirming that there are no security issues or verifications pending on my Apple ID account, restarting my iPhone, signing out and in of the App Store and putting in the Apple ID password multiple times when downloading apps.

This problem is very frustrating and I have no clue what the solution may be, I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Solved the problem. For one last time before I lost all hope, I signed out of "Media & Purchases" in the iCloud settings and then signed back in; it asked me to enter my iCloud password once again, went back to the App Store and the Double Click to Install worked like normal again.
