Screen time on my son’s phone

I have many problems when I set screen time on my son’s phone

it always reset so quite often screen time is cancelled without me knowing

i want to limit phone calls

i want me and his father can contact during the downtime and off limit but no one else

iPhone SE (Gen 3)

Go to Settings and tap Screen Time. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and enter your Screen Time passcode. Tap Content Restrictions, then tap Web Content. Choose Unrestricted Access, Limit Adult Websites, or Allowed Websites Only.

Go to Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing > Screen Time.
Tap the name of a child in your family group, tap Turn On Screen Time, then follow the onscreen instructions.
