When you’re attempting to sign in to Google to sync your contacts and notice this issue, is that via Safari, a Google app or possibly the Settings app?
Are you using the on-screen keyboard or an external keyboard? If external, does the issue persist using the on-screen keyboard when attempting to sign in to Google?
A few basics we can cover as well -
- Be sure we’re working with the latest available iPadOS version for your particular device. You can verify that in Settings > General > Software Update.
- If using a third-party app, be sure any updates for the app are installed.

3.) Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to an app to update only that app, or tap Update All.
