MacBook Won’t restart after iOS upgrade

I recently upgraded my iOS on my MacBook to OS X and now it fails to restart! I’m able to get to internet recovery and Disk Utility, but it appears the iOS has taken over my drive. I can only see OS X Base System and don’t have the option to Erase.

Help please!

MacBook, macOS 11.6
