Recall Airpods pro

I have Air Pods Pro which have noise issues. Serial number GF***KKT.

This Air pods is a gift for me and I don't have a receipt. I want to know if these air pods can be recalled. And what can I do about it?

Service Process

Choose one of the service options below to have your AirPods Pro serviced. Your AirPods Pro will be examined prior to any service to verify that they are eligible for this program. AirPods Pro (left, right or both) with a confirmed issue will be replaced. The AirPods Pro case is not affected and will not be replaced.

• Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

• Make an appointment at an Apple Retail Store.

• Contact Apple Support.

Their answer is useless to me. They require $30 in customs duty. I want an answer from you (as

from Apple headquarters). Does this program include any payments or should it

be free? If Air pods have problems and Apple wants to recall them, why should I

pay for it? Maybe the program has no fee, but it is requested by the local

representatives, how can I clarify this?
