I just purchased my iMac. It’s the 24 inch green iMac and I just did my unboxing. However , the mouse looks used. The mouse has internal fingerprints and really rough stains. I thought it was my fingerprints but it doesn’t come off even despite wiping it. Is there a way that I can go and ask for a replacement since it came sort of “damaged” like that?
If you want to try and clean off the fingerprints try a tiny amount of dish washing detergent to just dampen a paper towel followed by finishing off with plain water. Use dampened paper only never wet.
Did you buy the computer directly from Apple or from an Apple reseller. If you bought it from Apple you have 14 days to return it for ANY reason, you can re-order or cancel. If you purchased from a reseller then you need to speak to your reseller!!
