strange error message popped up

this error message poppedup right after i downloaded the antutu benchmark app. does anyone know what it means? the othere side of the split screen is an apple discussion of the same error, but in my case im not managed by any educational mdm. at least, as far as i know. this is my personal ipad and have never used an organization supplied device. thanks

  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID."
