iPhone 13 not charging properly

A few weeks ago I bought a new iPhone 13 pro max. My phone is on do not disturb during the night and I plug it in to charge (new apple plug and lightening cable) it registers that it is charging as the lightening symbol comes on. Come morning time battery percentage hasn’t changed and I’m still at 30%. If I plug it in during the day or charge it while I’m using it then the percentage goes up with no problems. Have turned battery optimising off and restarted the phone. Any ideas?? Thank you
