CARPLAY

Carplay not working with iPhone 13 pro in Subaru. It was working with iPhone 12 - not pro. We have tried all Apples suggestions as well as community suggestions. EQ is not on in my phone. Has anyone found any new suggestions? Apple and Subaru don’t seem to be dealing with this problem well.
