Forward email to text not working now

Up until 8/11 my outlook rule to forward email from a specific email address worked fine. The rule is still in place, but the message doesn't forward. I even sent an email to my cell (xxxxxxxxxx@vtex.com) and my cell has not received it. What do I need to change?

Mail keeps telling me to "Update My Forward To" Email Address Mail keeps telling me to "Update My Forward To" Email Address I have no idea what to do. it has never done this before.

Apple Mail Rule does not Forward or Redirect With Apple Mail open, I want to Forward or Redirect incoming iCloud email that has a specific Subject content to a Target email address automatically with a Rule, but its not happening. I can manually Forward or Redirect a selected email to the Target email address; but not with the Rule. To see if the Rule was running, I added steps to color the email background and move the email to a folder. The Rule executed those two steps but would not Forward or Redirect to the Target email address.
