if you are having issues with 3rd party apps, you should contact those app developers.

Regarding the screenshot you posted, that's simply telling you that you cannot run the latest version of the Gmail app because you have an iPhone 6 that cannot be upgraded beyond iOS 12.. And google is no longer supporting your iOS version. Lots of app developers are doing this.
If you need to run newer versions of those apps, then you will need newer iOS, which translates to getting a newer iPhone model.
If you wind up deciding to upgrade your iPhone model, get at least an iPhone 8 or newer, or you'll be in the same boat in a couple years as the iPhone 6s & iPhone 7 are becoming obsolete this year.
