Restoring WhatsApp messages from Android to iOS. WhatsApp option did not appear on Android phone selection. Support insist it will still work. .

Apple support insisted that WhatsApp message from Android phone will still transfer/restore even for those Android phone that the 'Move to iOS' APP did not have WhatsApp option appearing. Just tested again and as expected it didn't work. WhatsApp message from Android phone did not restore to the iPhone. Are you facing similar issue? Any solution?
