YouTube App losing signal at every inserted commercial

So the YouTube App has recently started giving mo signal at every inserted commercial. Sonetimes my tv loses the signal and sometimes my amp, but I always get a long black and then when the video comes back i hear audio before videos cones back.

I saw reddit posts it is YouTube adding HDR support, so it is switching signals between the commercial and stream.

Any which way this is super frustrating.
