My iPhone randomly stops having connection to the internet

My iPhone started to randomly stop being connected to the internet even though it is connected to Wi-Fi and LTE. It's literally connected to Wi-Fi/LTE but the internet just stops working and Safari has this message "your iPhone is not connected to the internet".

This issue only goes away if I restart my phone. Switching to LTE from Wi-Fi and vice versa doesn't work.

It only happened once about 2 weeks ago. Today I had to restart my phone twice.

I am afraid there is something wrong with the device itself. I have iPhone 12 Pro Max. I bought it this June. Before I had iPhone 7 for several years and iPhone 11 for 2 years. Never had an issue like that.
