Help! I think I have a virus

Hi i have a MacBook Pro Mid 2010 and I been having trouble with a virus or at least I think its a virus

well the problem is that sometimes my cursor moves spontaneously causes trouble clicking or going places and to be clear I don't even touch the trackpad when that happens formatting the machine will get rid off the problem or virus?

Doubtful its Malware of any kind, most likely hardware issue with trackpad or Keyboard.

If Malware then The free Malwarebytes may take care of it...
