Why can’t I reinstall Minecraft

I bought Minecraft on this iPad in early 2021 but I just tried reinstalling it and it’s making me pay again and it’s the same Apple ID and device. It has no record of me or my brother installing it on our iPads when we both had it! I went to reinstall it to play with a friend and it’s making me pay again and I looked up why and nothing worked

Minecraft won’t install. i got a new phone, and a new Apple ID. i wanted to download Minecraft but that was on my previous Apple ID so I logged into that on the Appstore and tried to download Minecraft. Everything was fine until the game just wasn’t downloading. Basically it would load but then and some point stop and the cloud symbol will be there again. This happened several times and i don’t know how to fix it. Please help

Can I transfer game progress from my son’s broken iPad to his new one? My son played Bloons td 6 on his iPad which suddenly one day went black and was not repaired. He has a new iPad but wants the progress he had on the game. Is it possible to create an account for Bloons td 6? We are not sure if he created one on the old iPad, but is it possible to keep your progress on games from your Apple ID?

Have you checked your Purchases History to see if the game shows there?
