15.6.1 iOS freeze screen

Hello, after last update i gace problem that sometimes, when i unlock phone amd in the same time connect/disconnect cable screen freeze with message: do you want to allow access to photos? Only solution is hard reset because of screen is death and I am not able soft reset, unlock, accept call… is it bug?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

We agree that this is unexpected behavior, and we'd like to help by ruling out some possible causes, along with better understanding what's happening:

We see you have iOS 15 installed, but the latest version is iOS 15.6.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
As the message is in another language, what does the full message say in English?
What is the other end of the charging cable connected to, or is it a power block connected to a wall outlet?
