Ive tried different controllers, regulating the buffer and sample rate in preferences. Dsiconnected My Audio interface and connected the midi keyboard directly ti my computer.
Should I get a USB to USB-c adaptor? Is there anything else that can be going on?
What Mac and MacOS were you running before?
are you using software versions that are been updated for Apple-Silicon M1?

This is a Brand NEW MAC STUDIO, no internet, ONLY RUNNING ABLETON. The Only Packs I dowloaded where from the ABleton Live Website. Still have more than enoug space , there is not one singlr project on the computer.

Yeah I just don't know. I tried the Ableton Push yesterday and it worked smooth.
Dont know why the other 2 are having issues.
I have updated, reinstalled Ableton, I have had no luck. The Latency is still there. I wonder why the ABleton Push works just fine.
