macOS System Data Takes Almost 48% Of My Storage Capacity - 245GB

I understand that macOS needs to allocate a certain amount of space in order to function correctly and smoothly but this amount is crazy! It fluctuates daily, once it was as high as 85GB there must be something I'm doing wrong. I use Adobe Premiere Pro And Photoshop often I also have a Windows 11 Parallels VM for Autodesk Inventor but those have their own separate category. Is there a way I could lower this because I really need the space and don't want to purchase an external ssd.
