MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2016 - keyboard sticky

I have the issue with MacBook Pro keyboard (sticky keys). After getting it from the technical expertise I was explained that besides keyboard issue the notebook has issue with the battery as well. And the service refused to replace only keyboard due to "sticky" issue because they have to replace keyboard, touch pad and battery. I think it's a tricky situation, because there is a defect revealed by the manufacturer and can be resolved by authorised service centre for free. But I can't do that in a view of technical features of keyboard replacement. For me the battery is not an issue because my MacBook is always plugged. I'm journalist and write lots of articles, notes and texts during a day. So for me keyboard is the main issue instead of battery.

So it looks like there is no way out. It's not my fault that the keyboard doesn't work correctly but at the same time I can't replace it under the manufacturer warranty because of the keyboard technical features.
