Is there a way to customize the standing reminder so that it will remind me if I sit for over 45 minutes?

I’ve read online in various blogs that if you set up a sleep schedule, the stand reminders will be turned off during that sleep period. I set it up on my Apple Watch and will let you know how it goes.

That may, in fact, be the case. I'd never really paid attention but, now that you mention it, I don't think I get notices to stand up at 3:50am when I'm in bed asleep. Good catch.
Unfortunately, I don't think it answers the OP's question of how to change the interval from 60 to 45 minutes.
Thanks, IdrisSeabright. I understand it that the OP wanted to be reminded after 45 minutes of inactivity. The current Stand feature will remind us after 50 minutes. Hopefully that’s close enough.
If you were able to set it for 45 minutes, the reminder would be at 35 minutes which sounds like more than the OP wants but, as none of us can change it, it's moot.
