My Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter is no longer working - when i connect my earphones to it audio only comes out of the right earphone. This is not a problem with the earphones themselves as i have used those on a separate device without the adapter and they work fine. I have checked and mono audio is also on.
