Reset Printing System grayed out

I just upgraded to Monterey 12.5.1, and I'm having difficulty printing. When I go to reset the printing system by right-clicking in the printer's window, the "Reset Printing System" is grayed out.

I've tried everything, but the users and groups icon is grayed out by my company's IT. The only thing I have yet to do is a system recovery and reinstall the OS.

Thougts?

Hi USANAPete,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today.

It sounds like your Mac has a managed profile on it from your company's IT department. Having selections greyed out as they are would be an indicator of this. We'd advise contacting your IT department for further help.

You can also see the Profile Manager User Guide for more information: Profile Manager User Guide.

Have a fantastic day!
