Apple CarPlay Blurry

My Apple CarPlay goes blurry while using Maps on my 2019 Toyota Yaris. I use an iPhone 11, but the issue is also present with my iPhone XS and iPhone 12 Pro, but isn’t an issue on my iPhone 7. I’ve tried multiple original Apple cables and I’ve reset the infotainment system and my iPhone (factory reset) multiple times and all the tested iPhones were running the latest version of iOS. When I first plug in my phone, it works perfectly but over time the screen begins to have blocky artefacts over the maps which eventually make it unusable over the span of 30 minutes. The issue is present in Apple Maps, Waze, Google maps and even sometimes occurs over the area where you receive notifications or on the music screen. I don’t understand why this is only happening with newer iPhones, my old iPhone 7 works perfect with the system. Did Apple change the hardware that is used to interface with Apple CarPlay and now my infotainment system is incompatible and is there anyway to fix this, as restarting my infotainment system every 5 minutes isn’t a solution.
