MacBook Air M1, battery percentage glitch

my macbook battery froze at 100 percent. I have a macbook air M1 model., I'm really concerned. How should I approach this?

Are you certain it's frozen, or is it just a good battery that's still at 100%?

But seriously, have tried any troubleshooting steps such as switch off the device and switching it back on again and then perhaps use the MacBook Air M1 for X amount of time while unplug and see if anything changes.


And, this may seem like a silly question, but are you using the MacBook Air M1 with the power cord plugged in?


Have you checked the battery data by going to 🍎 > About this Mac > System Report > Hardware > Power


Then look at the state of charge and any other power information that may be displayed to determine why you're having this problem.


Does the state of charge value show something abnormal or is it the same.
