Moving the geolocation of a photo in IOS

I have a scanned photo and would like to move its correct geolocation on the map. There is no street address nearby and want to drag (iPad or iPhone) the photo to the correct location on the Photos map. When I tap or press the photo it simply opens it.

Advice, other than doing it on OSX device?

Transferring location from photos to maps In Apple Photos I can check then location of a photo. I can then copy the text of the location and then open Apple Maps and paste the location so I can navigate to it. It works but it's messy. Is there a way in Apple Photos to automatically send a photo location to maps ready to navigate? Both programs are using the same maps so it seems an obvious feature but cannot find any way to do it.

Photos no longer show location in details When swiping up on photos to look at details on iPhone, I used to see the location it was taken on a map at the bottom. I’ve noticed recently that this no longer appears. Is there any reason for this? This is one of my favourite features of the photo app, being able to look at other photos taken in the same location with a couple of clicks.

"Location" line missing from Information Pane in Photos After importing some of the photos I've taken with my Camera (not my iPhone) into Photos on my MB, the "Location" line is missing from the Information Pane. My Camera HAS GPS built-in, so it's usually the case that the Location is imported. Sometimes the Location isn't captured (that is, there's no GPS data captured; perhaps because I'm indoors). When that happens I can add it manually later. But sometime the Location line is missing from the Information Pane, as above, and there's no readily apparent way to manually add the Location to the photo. This is a problem because Photos then fails to properly sort the photos by date, so that the photos taken by my iPhone are sorted to the correct date, but the photos without GPS information taken by my camera are sorted out of order, often with photos from a different time or place. If this happened before updating to Ventura I didn't notice it. Is there any way to add the Location section back to the Information Pane in Photos? MacBook Air (M1)/Ventura (13.2.1)
