What does Setting Erasure succeeded SMS call forwarding all calls mean?

Setting Erasure and Call Forwarding:

Call Forwarding is a service provided by your carrier. So, the app Setting Erasure has taken over the service of Call Forwarding. But, it will stay there as an option nonetheless.
